Rejected by Hits4Pay

I was rejected by Hits4Pay. Not too sure what went wrong in my application process.

Below is the extract of the email sent to me:

Here are some of the most common reasons why accounts
are denied:

1. Multiple accounts created using the same computer.
(Ony one account per household allowed)

2. Multiple accounts created by member under member's
first and second levels. This would be considered
as an attempt to cheat the system.

3. Using scripts and bots to join hits4pay.

4. Incomplete or faulty Names, address, and personal
information.

5. Incorrect names, address, and personal information

6. Misrepresentation of Hits4Pay program to others.
